Cancellation & Refund Policy
Booking Deposits
Deposits paid to reserve a Desert Launch experience are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or where Desert Launch cancels the booking.
Remaining Balance
Any remaining balance is due according to the payment terms presented at the time of booking.
Cancellations
If a customer cancels a reservation, the booking deposit will not be refunded.
Rescheduling
Customers who need to reschedule should contact Desert Launch as early as possible. Rescheduling is subject to availability and approval by Desert Launch. Deposits may be transferred to an approved rescheduled date at Desert Launch's discretion.
Late Cancellations / No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled booking or provide reasonable cancellation notice may result in forfeiture of the deposit and any amounts permitted under the agreed booking terms.
Weather and Safety
Outdoor or mobile events may be affected by weather, unsafe conditions, venue restrictions, equipment considerations, or other circumstances. Desert Launch may reschedule an event when reasonably necessary for safety or operational reasons.
Cancellation by Desert Launch
If Desert Launch cancels an event and cannot provide a reasonable rescheduled date, amounts paid for the cancelled service will be refunded.
Refund Timing
Approved refunds will be returned through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.
