Bookings and Payments
Pricing and availability may change before a booking is confirmed. Reservations are not guaranteed until confirmed through the booking system. Any payment terms presented during booking apply to that reservation. Deposits, cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are governed by the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
Customer Responsibilities

Desert Launch may refuse, stop, relocate, or reschedule service when weather, venue conditions, access, guest conduct, equipment considerations, or other circumstances are unsafe or unsuitable.
